Mixed feelings about my stay

unprofessional owner unsafe stairs

The hotel staff provided a laundry service and it was both quick and easy.

My room smelled really bad, it was not ventilated. The access stairs to the first floor seemed unsafe. the owner acted rude and unprofessional , which I did NOT appreciate.

the staff answered every question i had. they also provided all services beyond expectations.

i found the room smelled bad and was not ventilated properly. the stairs to access the first floor seemed unsafe.

Satisfactory stay with some minor issues

The staff was very pleasant. They gave helpful tips for finding inexpensive restaurants. The location is up a hill near the city center. It is about a 20-minute walk or a short tuk-tuk ride.

The owner was late to arrive upon check in. I was placed in a room off of his living quarters. Cooking smells and sounds from his television bothered me. I noticed many ants and mosquitoes.
